Behavioral Technical Coding

Had a quick screening call with an external recruiter, who gave some helpful info. Then, an interview with an internal person who seemed pretty senior. They didn't say how long it would be, but it ended up being about 30 mins total. The first part, around 15 mins, was about a recent incident. The second part, another 15 mins, was a LeetCode-style coding question. They cut it short because they had to go. I got feedback about 24 hours later saying they weren't moving forward, citing my incident response approach and a mistake spotted in my coding, which they said they caught early. My take is my incident response method is solid, and if they expect perfect code on the first try without testing, it might not be the right place.

Behavioral Technical Other

First, there was a CV Screening done by the recruiter or hiring manager. Then, a Cultural & Technical Interview to see if you fit and check your technical skills. After that, a Psychometric Assessment to check cognitive and behavioural traits. Then, an On-Site Technical Test for practical skills. Lastly, a Final Cultural Interview to make sure you're a good fit for the team and company.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process had multiple rounds. It started with pre-screening, then a psychometric assessment using "Talent Q Elements" which includes numerical, verbal, logical, and reasoning tests. These logic puzzles can be really tough if you haven't practiced. After that, there were interviews with developers and managers. The feedback wasn't very clear, and I'm not sure why I was rejected, but I think it might have been my salary expectations or not fitting the company culture.
