The interview was pretty relaxed, but unfortunately, after about an hour and a half, they didn't select me. The reason they gave was that I had only worked with small datasets and lacked significant corporate world experience.

It was a three round process. First, they shortlisted based on CV. Then there was a technical round, and finally an HR round. Technical rounds generally focused on job role requirements and project work in that, like which instruments were used, and what are other alternative methods for this technique. Mainly, first of all, they wanted to know basic knowledge and what are the rationales of our projects.

It was a walk-in interview at the company, an off-campus placement. First, there was a technical MCQ test, followed by a face-to-face interview that lasted about 10 minutes. They basically screen you based on a cutoff. After a 3-month apprenticeship, there's another interview with the Unit Head of the plant, after which the job is confirmed.
