First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MacLellan Integrated Services.
Supervisor
After the initial phone call, I went on-site for an interview with the Contract Manager. It was a really relaxed and easy interview, probably the most comfortable I've ever had. They were mainly focused on seeing if I would be a good fit for the company.
- Can you tell me why you decided to leave your previous job?
Group Leader
Communication is good throughout the process. When communication shifts from the main office to the actual site, expect longer waits. People at the site are busy with daily operations and sometimes have to report to customers unexpectedly. This can cause last-minute schedule changes and delays. The interviewer might be very formal or someone with limited interviewing experience who was available. Be patient and understand how the business operates.
- Most questions are generic from the site.
Shift Supervisor
Just some basic questions, nothing too important. They seemed to be looking for just anyone to fill the spot. It's tough finding good employees these days, and places are pretty desperate. It's a real pain having to write so much for a simple answer.
