I got a call for an interview without knowing much about the company. I spoke with the hiring manager for about 8 minutes. He mentioned they were looking to expand into new counties and needed people. He asked me two questions about myself, then talked about his company for the remaining time, and that was it. He didn't try to get to know me or my interest in the company, only focusing on his company. They said they might call, and they did about an hour later, wanting a second interview, which I declined. The whole meeting was only 10 minutes, and I felt they could have asked me more about myself then instead of just talking about the company, especially since they wanted another interview. It felt like a waste of my time.

I was told the interview was going to be in 3 stages over 2 different days. The first round was to qualify me for the position and they explained how the company works. They work with different campaigns (companies) by offering them direct marketing strategies on how to market and advertise their products and services. The hiring manager was very straightforward and nice. It seems like a great opportunity for growth and progression if that's what you're looking for.

The interview process started with a conversation with a hiring manager who focused on how I'd fit into the company culture, making it feel very relaxed and conversational. Next, I met with a corporate trainer who went into more detail about the business and the specifics of the CSR role. This was followed by a questionnaire. After completing the test, I had a meeting with a director to address any questions I had. I received an offer on the same day.

So I had 3 interviews in total. The first one was just a general get-to-know-you kind of chat. Then, for the second one, they rang me up and told me to bring a notebook. I had to jot down some notes and then answer some questions about the company. The last interview was basically them offering me the job and we signed the contract.
