The interview process had two stages. The first was a Teams call with technical questions and a behavioral assessment, pretty standard. The second stage was a 1:1 interview at the site. I really enjoyed the interview and got along very well with the panel. I declined due to personal reasons.

Then, I was asked questions to gauge my understanding of the role, my skills and experiences, my motivation for applying, and how I could contribute to Mace. These questions led to deeper discussions about topics like sustainability and the career prospects at Mace, with the interviewer sharing their own experiences. I also asked questions, which extended the interview and naturally opened the floor for more questions from the interviewer.
