It was pretty slow and unprofessional. I had to keep repeating myself because the interviewer was typing everything out word-for-word. Then they tried to push me into a different department's job than what I applied for.

The interview was nice and the recruiter was great to talk to. However, I'd caution this company's HR policies. The hiring leader looked at their phone multiple times during the video interview, which would be a ding for a candidate. When I asked a Senior HR Leader about COVID-19 and social injustice, they said 'We do not get into politics here,' which was an underwhelming response. The recruiter also looked at my social media and told me what they found, which could lead to biased hiring decisions and lawsuits. I wasn't offered the job because I don't have a degree, even though I told the recruiter this in the first conversation. It feels like a very mom-and-pop operation.
