Customer Service Representative
Short face to face interview they just asked about previous experience. if you don't have a previous experience they trained. they find reliable and honest employee. There is nothing that you don't just simple basic question.
- What is good customer service ?
Cashier
It was a telephonic and face-to-face interview. It felt like an easy interview with open-ended questions. I thought I could talk about anything, but the hiring manager really wants a brief, two- to three-minute summary of who you are and why you are the best fit for this job. So, when answering, talk about how you've prepared yourself to be the best candidate. Use one or two examples to support your points. Then, ask if they want more details. If they do, keep providing examples of your background and experience. Always refer back to an example when you can. 'Tell me about yourself' isn't an invitation to share your life story; just highlight what makes you the best choice.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- What makes you the right candidate for this job?
- What are your long-term career goals?
Assistant Manager
The basic steps involve resume screening, personal interviews, and a basic quantitative/language test. The typical approach. Interviews are at a dealer/store level so could vary a lot. More organized dealers do it the international way like mine. After resume selection, they call for a personal interview with the owners/operators. It takes about 1-2 days for results. If you pass, there's a mandatory online test followed by on-the-job training.
- Can you give examples of excellent customer service or interpersonal management skills you've used in past jobs or during college?
Administrative
I did a phone screen, then a panel interview, and then a one-on-one with the hiring manager. I like the phone screens because you can check out the company beforehand and ask targeted questions. You can also learn a lot about the company culture from the interviewer's tone. If they're rude, you know to pass. If they seem interested, it's a good sign. I also check LinkedIn and Glassdoor to see if they promote from within. If you get an onsite interview, you can check out the age groups and see if it's a good fit.
- Can you tell me about a mistake you've made?
- What are your thoughts on maintaining confidentiality?
