Engineer
- Tell me about yourself.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to present something?
Engineer in Training
The process was long, with little feedback from HR. Poor follow-up for internal candidates; vacancies opened without notification. I went through the process twice. The first time, no feedback was given. The second time, I had to chase down subsystem leaders to ask about the process, and things only moved forward when I spoke directly with the area manager.
- What are your professional expectations for 5 and 10 years?
CRM Intern
The interview process was excellent, and in under two weeks, I started my internship. The process and job description were clear. They really delivered on the job description as stated in the initial interview. I also received great guidance throughout the interview stages.
- Can you share some details about your personal experiences and aspirations?
- How do you see your personal life balancing with your job and skills?
Designer
The interview process consists of two interviews. First, there's an interview with HR where they ask about your resume. The interviewer doesn't seem very knowledgeable about your specific area, so it feels more like an evaluation of you, how you speak, and your goals. Part of this interview is even in English. Then, there's another interview with people from your field, which is more technical. Overall, everyone is very friendly.
- Do you know how to use these design programs?
