This was a super long interview process that took 5 weeks and included talking to 8 different people. It felt like each person had a different understanding of what the job was about. While the people I spoke with were nice, they didn't seem very welcoming to people from different backgrounds.

The interview process was really good. The people interviewing me seemed super enthusiastic about Mabbly and the projects they've worked on, and I actually learned quite a bit during the whole thing. They asked me about my previous experience using various digital marketing tools.

I first applied online. Then, I had to record a video answering why I wanted to join mabbly. After that, I got an email saying someone would contact me for an interview. They didn't call, so I had to call them, and it turns out they had forgotten about my interview. The person I spoke to sounded rushed, like they were walking or driving. They asked some really generic questions with no real thought behind them, and that was the end of it.
