Analyst
The interview process and communication with the recruiter were superb. Recruiter was extremely helpful and consistently made efforts to assist in the process and keep me informed. Though I wasn’t selected, I’d definitely recommend.
- How do your past experiences bring value to the team?
Talent Acquisition
The interview process was pretty clear and covered all the bases. I got to chat with people from different teams and could ask them whatever I wanted. They kept me in the loop the whole time and we talked pretty often.
- Were the interview questions specific to your role and open-ended?
Technical Recruiter
This was one of the best interviews I've ever had, they were really nice and real. I knew right away this was a place I wanted to work.
- Tell me about your 5 year goals.
Associate Recruiter
I applied through university recruiting. I had an initial phone interview where we talked about the opportunity I was looking for. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. There were two in-person interviews at their office where we discussed the position, its requirements, and my background, experience, and interests in more detail.
- What makes you want to be a recruiter?
