Account Manager
M3 takes their time to find the right people. They are committed to finding talent that aligns with their beliefs, values, and commitment to quality work. My interview process spanned many interactions with many different people at M3. It gives you a holistic view of what working for M3 is like and it gives them the opportunity to really get to know you before making a hiring decision. Mutually beneficial.
- What makes you want to work for M3?
Business Development
My first in-person interview got rescheduled a few times, which wasn't the best start. It seemed to go okay, mostly focusing on my past experience. Then, I had a one-on-one with a rep, which also got rescheduled a couple of times. The rep was pretty upfront and helpful, and I felt like we connected well. He mentioned HR would be in touch. I didn't hear back for three weeks, and then they told me they weren't moving forward.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What's your experience like when it comes to meetings with a small group of qualified candidates you help identify?
Analyst
The interview was super easy because I was overqualified. They didn't ask any technical questions since my past experience was exactly what they needed and aligned with their requirements.
- Can you give me your elevator pitch? Tell me about yourself.
Intern
I sent in my application on the web. A phone screener came first. Then, they invited me for an in-person interview at their office. The final round was a chat with 3 leaders.
