My first in-person interview got rescheduled a few times, which wasn't the best start. It seemed to go okay, mostly focusing on my past experience. Then, I had a one-on-one with a rep, which also got rescheduled a couple of times. The rep was pretty upfront and helpful, and I felt like we connected well. He mentioned HR would be in touch. I didn't hear back for three weeks, and then they told me they weren't moving forward.

The interview was super easy because I was overqualified. They didn't ask any technical questions since my past experience was exactly what they needed and aligned with their requirements.

I sent in my application on the web. A phone screener came first. Then, they invited me for an in-person interview at their office. The final round was a chat with 3 leaders.
