Panel Engagement Strategist
The people I talked to were all really nice, friendly, and clear. The process went smoothly and fast, finishing in about two weeks. The first week had the HR chat, the team lead talk, and some assessments. The second week had the last interview, the case study presentation, and then I got the offer. They were also super flexible with when I could interview, which was great.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
The interview process was fine. There were 3 stages of interviews, all virtual/phone based, plus a psychometric testing stage. Things moved quickly, likely because they needed someone to start immediately for a fixed-term contract (FTC). The questions were pretty standard for a TA role. My negative experience stemmed from the fact that after the second and final interviews, M3 told me I was the frontrunner and to hold off on other offers, promising a quick decision. They then went silent for a week, despite saying they'd get back to me once a decision-maker was back in the office, and I was hoping for a quick, positive outcome given the immediate start needed for the FTC. I had to chase them for an update. Ultimately, they emailed to say they weren't proceeding with the role due to budget changes, making the whole process feel like a waste of time.

Quantitative Research Director
The interview process was fine for 3 rounds. First round was with a recruiter. Next, I was asked to take intelligence and personality test. Finally, talked to hiring manager that oversaw direct management of the role. All those steps were fine. After a couple of weeks of no follow up, I emailed the recruiter and manager direct with ultimately no response. I understand now I am not moving forward but totally unprofessional. I spent hours preparing, taking test and interviewing to be ghosted like a teenage girl/boy. I interview dozens a people a year but always give them the common courtesy of following back up with them.
- Have you done employee reviews before?
- What experience do you have supporting sales?
Director of Quantitative Research
The interview process was generally okay. Initially, there was a 30-minute recruiter phone call, then an online intelligence/personality test, and finally a Zoom interview with the VP. I sent follow-up emails after each stage. However, after a few weeks with no response from the recruiter or VP, I asked for an update. Despite investing significant time in preparation and interviews, I received no reply or information. This is unacceptable for a Director-level position, as I always inform candidates of their status. It seems this organization commonly handles candidates this way, which is poor business practice.
- Could you describe your background?
- What makes you want to join M3?
- What is your experience with employee reviews?
