I was reached out to for a recruiter call and then had a 30-minute interview. We communicated solely through SmartRecruiters, so I couldn't be sure if my follow-up messages were received. Although M3 uses this system, I was ghosted after the first interview even after trying to follow up on LinkedIn a few days later. It was disappointing because I was really looking forward to the role.
