First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at M2W.
Graphic Designer
Submitted my resume online. Had an email exchange with the company owner. Then, I had two phone interviews and one Skype interview for the remote role. I spoke with the designer who was leaving, a project manager, and the owner. As they narrowed down the candidates, I was given a sample design test to complete as part of the selection process.
- Could you elaborate on your past work experience?
- Are you seeking a long-term role that will genuinely satisfy your job requirements?
Brand Ambassador
You apply online. Then you'll get a call from the company for an interview. After that, you meet up with them and talk about what makes you, you.
- What's a quality that describes you?
Market Manager
The interview process started with a phone screen with a project manager, followed by two more interview rounds. The first was with the Director, and the second was with the client. The whole experience was pretty laid back, and it felt more like a chat with the agency.
- How do you go about motivating and recruiting your brand ambassador team?
- Could you explain your understanding of scaled executions?
- Describe the most challenging situation you've faced with a client.
Field Agent
I was interviewing for a Program Manager role, but didn't get it. Then I was offered a Field Agent position and got it. The interviews for Field Agent were "cattle calls" with lots of people interviewing for a few spots.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Why should I hire you?
