First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at M1 Support Services, Lp..
Aircraft Mechanic
The interview was quick, more like a conversation. The manager seemed distracted and uninterested, appearing eager to return to his football discussion with friends. He turned out to be a terrible supervisor, known for grabbing employees, screaming, and using profanity.
- How long had you been a union member before?
Senior Program Manager
It was way simpler than I thought it would be. There was a team of 6 people in the room and an HR generalist. We went over a lot of details about the job, what it would entail, and salary. They asked for specifics on what the job would encompass and discussed potential improvements.
- Can you share some of your past experiences?
- Describe a situation where you had to manage someone who was difficult.
Maintenance Pilot
It was a phone call interview. Very straightforward and low stress. It was more about the company and how I thought I'd fit in, rather than a traditional interview. It was informative and I ended up getting an offer.
- How flexible are you when it comes to scheduling?
- Would you be open to working any of the three shifts?
Mechanic
The interview process was pretty laid-back. They asked questions about my past jobs and checked if my skills matched what they needed for the position. The hiring manager made it easy to talk about everything.
- Can you tell me about your experience and how it would be an asset to M1 Support Services?
