It was an easy, satisfying, and single process. They asked personal questions about hobbies and availability to work immediately. We also discussed annual vacation, paid leaves, office timing, and weekly offs. Topics covered included telephone calls (outbound/inbound), company policies, punctuality, office uniform, and ethical values.

Applied through the company web page and had the first call within 4 weeks. The interview process itself took about 10 days total with 3 interviews: a phone interview within 5 days of the first call, a physical interview at the Head Office within 3 days of the phone interview, and an additional phone interview (scheduled because the second person couldn't make the physical one) within 1 day. An offer came 9 days after the interviews, and during those 9 days, we negotiated special conditions. A draft contract was sent in 2 days, and the signed contract was finalized 7 days later, with some minor modifications and signatures. In total, it was about 30 days from the first call to signing the contract. All interviews were with the direct hiring manager. The whole process was quite fast because both parties were interested.

There was one in-person interview, and then they made the hiring decision. It took about six weeks from the interview until I got the offer, and then about two weeks from the offer to when I started. Even though three different people in three different states were involved in the hiring process, it actually went pretty smoothly. The hiring manager was located in Phoenix, Arizona. The HR person who finalized the offer was based in Plano, Texas. And the HR person I chatted with about salary negotiations was in San Francisco, California.

The interview process was well organized and management was prepared, having reviewed my resume thoroughly. I went through their internal temp agency, submitted my resume, and had an interview appointment scheduled within a few weeks. The interviewers were clear about what they wanted but kept some details about the role vague to protect client secrets.
