Customer Care Representative
Interesting and stimulating chat, the staff were kind and friendly. They asked questions about my studies and career, personal qualities and hobbies. Overall, I left happy, regardless of the outcome, I'll have a good memory of the interview.

Customer Service Representative
I interviewed with 5 different people. First, I met with the Customer Service manager and a representative. They asked general questions about my career and education. Then, I interviewed with another Customer Service manager and a senior customer service rep. Their questions were more specific to my knowledge of the company. Finally, I had a meeting with the director of Customer Service, who asked more personal questions about my work style.

You'll start with some phone screenings with the customer care managers. Then, there's an in-person interview with HR, your direct supervisor, and a higher-up manager. This corporate office interview will also include a short essay questionnaire and an email response.
