Behavioral

The interview process was pretty simple. There were three interview stages: first with the recruiter, then with the team, and finally with upper level management. I'd say the team level was the toughest part because it really depends on how they vibe with you.

Case Behavioral

I reached out to learn more about the program and was then offered an interview a month later. After that, I didn't hear back for two months, after which they offered me an in-person interview that lasted two hours. The interview had three panelists who were unwelcoming and seemed to doubt my experience and resume, questioning things no one else had. Based on my masters program and research, their interviewing was unprofessional and elitist. They gave me an exercise that lacked enough information for the answers they wanted. Having done consulting case studies, I know their case study needs improvement. I felt unwelcome and won't apply again due to this experience.

I had a phone screen and it was pretty challenging. A couple questions are pretty standard, and some are pretty unique. Overall, I thought it was a thoughtful interview process. I wish I'd prepared a little bit more.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was fair and reasonable. It began with a phone screening. Then, there was an in-person behavioral interview with several employees who would be your colleagues. They asked situational questions. Finally, there was a one-on-one with the hiring manager, who would be your potential supervisor.
