Customer Experience Specialist
I went through an online interview for the Customer Experience Specialist role. Sadly, I didn't get the job, but the whole thing was a pretty good experience. The recruiter was really professional and actually let me know the outcome two weeks after things wrapped up, even though there was a bit of a delay. I liked how upfront and professional they were about it all.

Learning & Development Manager
The interview process involved two phone calls, one with an external recruiter and another with an internal recruiter. Following that, there were two in-person interviews at an off-site location with the hiring manager. The final interview was an on-site meeting with the VP of HR, the HR Manager, a Senior Sales leader, and the hiring manager. I was quite disappointed with how my time was used. I was upfront with the hiring manager about my lack of healthcare experience, and they assured me it wouldn't be an issue, focusing instead on my L&D background. Despite completing a total of five interviews, I was ultimately informed that due to my limited healthcare experience, they would be pursuing an internal candidate. This left me very disappointed, feeling my hopes were raised unnecessarily and my time was completely wasted. I wish the hiring manager had been more transparent about the importance of healthcare experience from the beginning, which would have saved me a lot of time.

Financial Controller
So I had two interviews for similar finance jobs. The first was with the company's HR, and it was pretty standard for an initial HR chat, though I had to chase for answers multiple times, which I don't think is great. They eventually said they had internal issues and apologized for the delay, but I never got a real answer even after three months. The role itself seemed as advertised. The second interview was with the direct manager at Mölnlycke, and this was after I'd already done some interviews and tests with a recruitment company. Interestingly, the manager was also new to the company. The job requirements in this second interview were actually lower than advertised, more like for a beginner, even though they seemed to want someone with more experience. I guess that could be good for the company's future, but it's not ideal for a candidate's expectations. The chat with the manager was positive though, and I felt I was overqualified.

HRIS/People Analytics Specialist
I applied online and the recruiter reached out quickly to set up a Skype call with the hiring manager. She was great and talked about the company culture and the role's expectations. The interview was scenario-based, asking about my past work. I was then invited for an onsite meeting with a senior leader to discuss audits and controls. Again, I was asked to share specific past experiences. The next step involved meeting two senior leaders in Sweden, which the recruiters organized very fast. They made me feel comfortable and the company's focus on employee success was clear. I was impressed by how quickly they responded after each step, and everyone was really nice and professional.
