Everyone was really friendly and super attentive with some questions about my resume and my expectations for the new job and the company with the general advancement opportunities and our mutual salary expectations.

Behavioral Presentation

There were 4 rounds in the interview process. First, an online introduction, then a first interview with the department on-site, followed by an online meeting to explain the work sample task, and finally a presentation of the results and Q&A on-site. The HR department was very nice, and the department was also very professional. I declined the job offer because I felt the company wasn't forward-thinking enough (barely any digitalization in work processes, no work-life balance, little vacation time, no home office, etc.)

Behavioral

The company's interview process was baffling. They seemed unwilling to give anyone an opportunity, irrespective of their skills or experience. I was rejected simply because I hadn't managed staff, even though this wasn't a prerequisite as they claimed training would be provided. The most amusing part was when the same job was advertised again, and they wanted to interview me once more!

Behavioral Technical

The interview was very relaxed because the boss is very experienced. Everything was handled and coordinated well internally; I didn't have to wait and was picked up on time. The application process to the first trial work took less than a week. Since I also had no experience with the software or inventory in general, the colleagues quickly and very well trained me. So that after a week I could implement the process almost alone and finish everything on the PC. Help and questions were always answered friendly, even in stressful situations. The entire branch still seems very competent and motivating, the team spirit is present.
