It was a long process with 2 exams and 3 interviews. It was a very intensive and stressful procedure for everyone involved, and at some point, you might lose hope and confidence, but it's important to trust the process and the predefined timing for each step.

So basically, it was a standard interview process, using STAR questions. They asked if I was cool with the working conditions and could flex my schedule. We also chatted about my background and past experiences that fit what they're looking for.

Eu achei o processo seletivo muito bom, fui entrevistado pelo gerente da minha área. Meu processo seletivo não teve aquelas várias etapas que muitas das vezes ocorrem em empresas grandes, que a maioria das vezes são muito desgastantes e não servem para nada. Eu digo isso porque muitas dessas entrevistas o entrevistador, na maioria das vezes, não entende nada da área do qual o candidato está sendo avaliado, fazendo perguntas que não têm nada a ver. Eu prefiro ser entrevistado por um entrevistador que entenda da área a qual estou sendo avaliado. Nesse caso, as perguntas são mais direcionadas e o candidato pode assim explanar melhor o seu conhecimento na área em que está se candidatando.
