I had one interview with my boss. She gave me a lot of time to ask my own questions and learn about M/I Homes. It's important to cover bonus structure, expected hours, and work environment details. I didn't ask these before getting my offer and what I thought was different than reality.

This was the worst interview experience ever. It was so bad I didn't want to work there anymore and withdrew from the process. They stood me up for phone interviews and asked inappropriate questions. I was really excited to work there before this happened, but it was good to find out early what kind of company they are. The HR person asked really specific questions about the job skills, but didn't know anything himself. It seemed like he was just reading questions from the hiring manager. It was a one-way conversation and the hiring manager should have asked those questions.

It was a really chill interview. They talked about what the job involves and the unique difficulties and things about working for the company right now. It was packed with info and really detailed, but it didn't feel like they were rushing me.
