It wasn't a horrible interview experience, but it felt a bit rushed and disorganized. Two out of the three interviewers were great, but one was kind of offputting and seemed disinterested.

Behavioral Technical

First, an HR or recruiter did an initial screening. Then, there was an extensive interview panel that lasted for 1 or 2 days. This panel included multiple (8) stakeholders from different teams, including the team I was hired onto. After that, I had a follow-up meeting with the hiring manager. Finally, I was offered the position.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process took two weeks and had four rounds. They said I'd hear back the same day after the final interview, but it actually took them more than two weeks to let me know. The 3D printing division seemed really disorganized. They told me I didn't get the job because I would have to relocate, even though I could have done it right away.
