Got contacted by HR a week after applying for the MAGIM Risk Analyst role. They sent out some usual SHL tests. Another week passed before they reached out to schedule an interview. Had a bit of a back-and-forth with the HR guy about scheduling a face-to-face interview, and then they asked for my phone number and I never heard from them again. A few weeks later, a different HR person contacted me to set up an interview. I interviewed with two team members, and it seemed to go well with standard questions about my resume and finance background. They didn't even introduce themselves. Three weeks after that, I got a standard email saying the process was over and no offer was made. My requests for feedback were met with silence from HR.

It was a pleasant experience. After applying online, there were several tests that were super long. Make sure to prepare for the questions listed on Glassdoor, they were very helpful. The video interview was nice and friendly, with practice questions available which helped calm my nerves.
