Case Group Presentation Behavioral
The final round assessment centre was held virtually last year. Before the AC, there was an information session where they gave us tips and advice. The AC itself had a case study part where we were given information to read and then answer questions. After that, we did a group exercise where we had to give a presentation on a topic. Finally, there was a 1 to 1 interview.

The video interview lasted about 30 minutes. It had 12 questions total, with 30 seconds for prep and 3 minutes to answer each. These questions were competency-based, and you can find most of them on glassdoor.

Technical Case Behavioral
Submitted an online profile first, then did a video interview with 12 questions, which were standard but interesting. A few weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview. This involved an hour to read a case study, followed by a 2.5-hour session with two interviewers where I had to present my thoughts on the case study and answer their questions. They stressed that the topic wasn't something I was expected to know about, but they wanted to assess my thinking process. This was followed by more general competency questions.
