I saw the job posting on Linkedin and applied on the company website. I got an email a few days later and had my first interview the next week. It was pretty chill and focused on my experience. I got called back for a second interview with senior staff, which was tough, with technical and lateral thinking questions. I didn't think I did well but was surprised to get a call for a third and final interview with HR, plus some online aptitude tests. That last one was a relaxed chat about me, my values, etc. After about three weeks, I got the offer.

Went through 3 rounds of interviews, with the last one being quite challenging because I was interviewed by 4 people, who were likely potential stakeholders. The overall process went okay, but the feedback after the final interview was very poor. I didn't even get a call to let me know I wasn't selected. After several weeks, I had to contact HR myself to get feedback. It wasn't a great experience, especially since they were the ones who reached out to me about the role.
