Cloud Developer
In Finland, M-Files had a 2-round interview process for me. First, a behavioral interview with the managers. Then, a coding assessment handled by another senior dev. After clearing the interview, I got the job offer.
- Tell me about designing a ReactJS application.
Marketing Programs Specialist
I had an initial recruiter call where they mentioned needing someone with specific platform experience, which I didn't have, but I still highlighted my other skills. Then I had a phone interview with another person. They told me they were looking for someone with that specific platform skill and needed to fill the role quickly. It was a good experience talking with people at M-files, and the culture seems great. Although I was a bit disappointed, I understand why and will still consider M-Files for future opportunities.

Technical Consultant
I had an initial chat with the recruiter, Lisa Vassar, which went really well. She sounded keen for me to speak with the team director. Before that interview, I made sure to mention I don't have a degree, just to check it wasn't a dealbreaker, and she sort of said it wouldn't be. After a good talk with the director, Johan Steynburg, he asked what my degree was in since it wasn't on my resume. Lisa was on the call too, and I told Johan I don't have one. Johan then made it clear a Masters was needed for the role. Lisa didn't contact me directly after that; she reached out to the person who referred me, so they could pass along Johan's concerns about the degree.

- What is your degree in?
Customer Success Manager
I got referred and the recruiter set up a call for a screening the next day. A few days later, I heard back that I wouldn't be moving forward. Honestly, this was one of the best processes I've been through. The recruiter was super friendly, knew their stuff, and kept me in the loop constantly. I was really impressed with how they communicated.

- Why are you interested in MFiles?
