& Process

I applied through an external platform. The process was handled by internal HR. All communication was via email and WhatsApp. The interviews were online. The first step was with HR. Then there was an online test also with HR, and finally an interview with the Manager. The process was fast.

I went to an interview in Madureira and was very excited about the benefits and salary. Employees also spoke well of the company. I was even more interested when I learned there was a possibility of working the night shift, which would be very important for me because I need to update my courses in the afternoon. I'm eagerly waiting to be called!

The hiring process, despite the high volume of candidates which naturally leads to longer response times, was a great first contact. The stages with Human Resources and Management were conducted with notable transparency and warmth. The transition from the online group interview with HR to the in-person individual stage with Management provided a clear view of what the company is looking for, with recruiters dedicated to making the candidate feel comfortable. To optimize the candidate journey, and considering the high volume of applications, agility in feedback deadlines is a key improvement suggestion. It would also be ideal to enrich the process with practical evaluation dynamics (like logic tests, teamwork exercises, or forms, for example), and a brief tour of the facilities would add value to the in-person experience, complementing the good practices manual sent in the email for visitors.

A primeira etapa foi uma entrevista com o RH, que foi bem tranquila e agradável. Depois, passei para a entrevista com os gestores da vaga. Não achei difícil, mas me fizeram muitas perguntas técnicas, parecia uma vaga para um cargo mais avançado, e os gestores pareciam entediados, o que tornou a fase bem desconfortável. Não me senti tão bem recebido quanto na entrevista com o RH.
