First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Médecins Sans Frontières.
Executive Assistant
I had a physical interview with a personality assessment. It was a friendly panel of 3 members. They asked about my background and interests. I got a good vibe about the culture. I heard there are 3 rounds in total. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the next round.
- What made you apply for this position?
Executive Assistant
The interview process was really long and thorough. It took 4 months, and I didn't even get the job in the end. Unless you're super passionate about the company and only want to work there, I wouldn't suggest putting that much time into it unless you have a lot of spare time.
- How would you handle receiving conflicting instructions from two different directors?
Administrative Assistant
For the written test interview, I first introduced myself and my professional background, along with my main reasons for wanting this job. I then talked about the responsibilities and challenges of my previous roles. I also shared my perspective on what I could bring to the position and my future expectations if I were selected.
