Paid Media Specialist
The interview process was quite lengthy for an internship. It included an initial screening, an interview with a specialist in the department, a take-home assignment, and then two more interviews with the team. Unfortunately, I didn't move forward because they weren't impressed with how I presented my data. Overall, I felt it was a bit too long for an internship.
- Can you describe the latest group project you worked on?
Manager
The interview process was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. There was a lack of coordination between HR and the hiring team, requiring constant reminders for subsequent rounds. The process lacked clarity, and multiple interviews were conducted with the same person. A full day was blocked for the final interview due to scheduling conflicts, only for the manager to not show up, and I ended up being interviewed by a subordinate. I invested significant effort into an assignment that was praised during the interview. Despite this, HR sent a rejection email with vague reasons shortly before the final decision was to be made. The entire experience felt very gimmicky. I would advise against wasting your time here, as I can only imagine the internal chaos.

Media Buyer
The interview process started with a phone screen with the talent experience manager. I had applied for a media planning role, but during the phone screen, it was decided that a media buyer role would be a better fit for my background. The next stage was a Zoom interview with the senior media buyer and the associate director. After that, I had to do an Excel assessment involving organizing data, calculating KPIs, making graphs, and providing my analysis. Then, the talent experience manager emailed me to ask how high this company ranked on my priority list if I were to get an offer. A few days later, I got an offer and a call to discuss the details. Although my experience wasn't a perfect match for the media buyer role, my performance on the assessment led them to offer me an assistant position to gain more experience.

Operations and Finance Coordinator
I had two phone screens, then an in-person interview, followed by a couple more calls. After three interviews, they informed me they were reducing the role's scope to half of what was advertised. I confirmed I was still interested, and they said they'd be in touch regarding a final decision. I waited a week or two without hearing back, so I emailed for an update but was ignored. It's frustrating that after three interviews, they couldn't even provide a rejection, and they significantly altered the job description. The interviews themselves were fine, but the overall process was really bad.
