There was one round, then they ghosted me for a month. After that, I had to re-interview, then there were 2 more interviews. They ghosted me again after saying they would get back in 3 days. It was very unprofessional, and I followed up with multiple people but never got a declining offer.

It was pretty easy 7 years ago. 3 phone interviews and an offer. I think there's more to the process now. Met with a fellow engineer, director, and team lead.

I had a quick phone screen, then a longer interview with two people from the company. They also had me fill out a pre-security background check. The interview itself was pretty chill and I got to learn a lot about the company. But, the interviewers didn't seem super into it, and one of them was even late. I didn't really connect with them and got the vibe they were just going through the motions. I felt rushed when I tried to ask questions. It was a disappointing experience overall because they never got back to me, even after almost 4 months.
