I talked with HR a few times about continuing in my role after my company's contract changed. Since MC Dean wouldn't negotiate, I applied. The program manager interviewing me had no software engineering background. They said I'd get an offer the next day, then that it'd be Monday, then Wednesday. They kept delaying, so I pulled my application because they were so indecisive. Nobody followed up, which makes sense since they must have had another choice. But three months later, the position is still empty and the contract's suffering. They talk big but can't deliver.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved a recruiter call, then a technical screen, and finally an onsite interview. Although the interviewer made it sound like an offer was imminent and even mentioned assigning me to a team and scheduling a Teams meeting, they ultimately decided to proceed with other candidates two weeks later. They were very nice throughout the process, though.
