Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty fast and smooth, with two Zoom interviews. They asked standard behavioral questions and left time at the end for my questions about the job or company. My interview was a bit unclear since it was for a newly awarded contract with no prior experience, so the job details and location weren't specific. I think they were just trying to staff up before the contract was official. They couldn't give an exact start date, which was a bit frustrating since it ended up being 3 months after the interview, but I got the job.

There were lots of delays in setting up the next video or phone interviews. They always said upper management was busy with XYZ. They didn't ask many personal questions, just technical ones. They also never tried to sell me on the job.
