The recruitment team laid out the interview process clearly during our initial chat. It has 4 stages: first a phone call, then meetings with the direct manager, team lead, and finally an executive officer. The interviews included questions about skills and experience, as well as questions to see if I'd be a good culture fit and about my personality. Everyone I met was really nice, friendly, and answered my questions directly.

I got an email from the company for an HR screening. I had a call on the scheduled date, and the HR person was nice. They asked about my background and told me about the company's business. They mentioned that the next call would be in a few days, depending on when the hiring manager, who is in their US office, was free. Two days later, I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with my application because they found other candidates to be a better fit. I reached out to the recruiter on LinkedIn to ask why I was rejected, but I never heard back. It's frustrating when companies aren't sure about an application but give false hope during calls and then ghost you. Some people really need a job, but these companies don't even bother to give feedback on what went wrong so candidates can improve for future interviews.

The hiring process was straightforward, consisting of 5 stages. It kicked off with a 30-minute introductory phone chat with the director of operations. Next, there were three 30-minute video calls: one with my potential manager, another with a future colleague, and a third with the Sales Lead. The process wrapped up with a final 30-minute video call with the CMO. The whole experience felt very personal and encouraging, allowing me to be my true self. All interviews were one-on-one, leading to relaxed and enjoyable conversations that blended work-related topics with other subjects.

Applied online and got a call for a phone interview. The first interview was with a talent lead, lasting about 45 minutes. It was a really good and informative chat. Then, they set up a second interview with someone more senior. Before and during this second interview, I was told the first interviewer would reach out about next steps right after, no matter what. The second interview started late and was short, under 30 minutes. It felt like a quicker version of the first one and didn't offer much new info. The first interview covered the role and company vibe, but the second interviewer seemed really out of sync. They appeared eager to wrap up, even asking the same question twice. I had to repeat info from the first call, and didn't learn anything new about the job. I haven't heard back since, despite promises. I've since taken another job offer. I guess they either filled the role or took it down, since the listing is gone. The company seems cool, but their communication was disappointing.
