They give you 3 days to send them a couple of video recorded replies, and ask you for your feedback about the process. Due to my current job I was not able to do this before 22 PM, which rendered me quite exhausted during the automated interview, so basically my chances were low from the very beginning. After asking me to do this round of recruitment, providing my feedback, I believe personalised feedback from Lyreco would be more tasteful. They choose however to have no regard for the applicants, ask them for a lot, and give nothing in return. 2,2 years of average tenure at this company (check linkedin) speaks for itself.

Applied via the website and was invited for an interview for a different position. I entered the interview based on this position, but it turned out during the conversation that the job description was incorrect and therefore not applicable. Because of this, the interview was very messy and it took a very long time, over 4 weeks, before the vacancy text was adjusted online, a bit sloppy. It was a pity because I was very enthusiastic about the company, but this has made me much less so.

I applied for this role coming from another internal position. After completing 3 rounds of interviews, I got through the process and was able to sign the offer. One round was with the manager, the second round was with HR, and the third round was with the overall sales manager.
