Had a 30 min phone screen, then about a 3 hour onsite with different people for 40-45 mins each, and then 15 mins with HR. Got the offer after about two weeks. Then had a drug test and background checks.

Interviewed with 2 shift supervisors, the production manager, and someone from HR. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes. The whole process was pretty thorough and took longer than usual, but the questions weren't too hard. They also checked my references.
