The interview process for a real estate agent started with the manager who introduced themselves and made sure I felt comfortable. Then, they asked about my background in real estate, my education, and what skills I have. After that, they asked why I want to join the company, where I see my career going in a few years, and what my goals are for my future in real estate. We also discussed team dynamics and training opportunities. To wrap things up, we went over the main points, they answered my final questions, and told me about the next steps.

I had 3 interviews total. First was a phone interview, then a video interview, and finally an in person interview. The first two were with HR, and the last one was with the office manager.

I had a phone interview, then two in-person interviews. The first was with the direct manager. The second was with HR and someone I'd work with directly. The manager called me back later that day for another interview. They didn't get back to me for two weeks and then sent a generic rejection, which felt like a waste of my time.
