I went through an interview process for an interpreter position that was on-site. They wanted to know about my previous work as an interpreter, what I know about the industry, and how I deal with tricky communication situations when international teams are working together in a business environment.

Next, a 60-minute machine learning coding session on Google Colab. Finally, a 10-minute chat with HR.
