They posed numerous questions and provided thorough answers to my inquiries, demonstrating patience throughout the process.

Alumni Engagement Assistant Director
The interview process involved a first-round Zoom call with the Executive Director, followed by a subsequent interview with both the Internship/Employment Coordinator and the Associate Director of Annual Giving. The team dynamic was great, and the questions were wonderful, making for a very interactive interview. Responses from everyone were quick and efficient.
- If hired, what would be your immediate priorities in this position?
Assistant Professor
A department secretary reached out asking if I was still interested in the position. I confirmed I was, and she said I'd hear back soon. About three weeks later, they scheduled a Skype interview with the whole search committee, which I felt went pretty well. They said I'd know within two weeks, but it's been months and I still haven't heard back. I even emailed the head of the committee but got no response.
