Behavioral Presentation

A department secretary reached out asking if I was still interested in the position. I confirmed I was, and she said I'd hear back soon. About three weeks later, they scheduled a Skype interview with the whole search committee, which I felt went pretty well. They said I'd know within two weeks, but it's been months and I still haven't heard back. I even emailed the head of the committee but got no response.
