The interview was very easy and felt like a conversation. The interviewer didn't have too many questions and was more focused on my experience. I liked that I wasn't intimidated.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 3-stage interview process. First, I had a basic interview with the hiring manager, who is a materials scientist, and a recent employee. Then, I had a more technical interview with the hiring manager, an associate materials scientist. Finally, I interviewed with the materials scientist, director, and another associate scientist.

I had a phone call and then an in person tour and interview. It was a very thorough interview and I actually enjoyed it. The transportation options were taking a shuttle from Harvard sq or an Uber, which either takes a really long time or costs a bit. Would have been nice if they could have helped with that a bit, college students in the city usually don't have a car. They communicated well with me after the interview (although there was an odd email).

It was a pretty standard process, all the interviews were typical behavioral questions and asking about my resume. Everyone I spoke with made me feel really comfortable and they were good at communicating throughout. It took about 2 weeks from applying to getting the offer.
