The interview process was quite easy and flexible, but the offer letter took about a month and 15 days to be released. It seems like a good place to work, and they are particularly mindful of ensuring the safety of female employees, which is a positive aspect.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process included an initial chat with the hiring manager, where I presented examples of my past projects. Then, I met with the CEO for a final discussion, which led to salary negotiation. The company is eager to have someone start within a week and has a very personal approach, making sure to answer all questions and understand individual needs. They wanted me to take the lead in discussing my skills and showcasing my previous work. There was also a basic maths and English test.
