First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lycatel.
Stage Engineer
The interview was enriching, going beyond just technical aspects to explore personal motivations and reasons for applying. It allowed for a deep discussion about my background, aspirations, and how I see myself fitting the role, among other things.
- Tell me about yourself and your motivations.
- What motivated you to apply?
Customer Care Specialist
The interview process was quite easy and flexible, but the offer letter took about a month and 15 days to be released. It seems like a good place to work, and they are particularly mindful of ensuring the safety of female employees, which is a positive aspect.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell us about your communication skills?
Graphic Designer
The interview process included an initial chat with the hiring manager, where I presented examples of my past projects. Then, I met with the CEO for a final discussion, which led to salary negotiation. The company is eager to have someone start within a week and has a very personal approach, making sure to answer all questions and understand individual needs. They wanted me to take the lead in discussing my skills and showcasing my previous work. There was also a basic maths and English test.
- No strict process
Network Engineer
First, a general interview (mock) to check capabilities and personality. Then, HR will discuss your resume, salary, and joining details. Finally, a technical round that depends on the interviewer and the position; this round is purely based on the questions they ask you.
