The interview process went fast. There were 2 interviews and one test. Then it took forever for the team to get back to me on a decision. They then told me they weren't even hiring for the position anymore due to budget restraints.

The whole process was fast. HR contacted me a week after I applied, and I met with the CFO the week after that. They didn't seem too sure about what they were looking for. The job was posted as remote, and HR confirmed this in our first chat. But the CFO kept asking why I wanted a remote role, even though that's what they advertised. I got a rejection email the next week. Then, the very next day, they changed the job title on LinkedIn to Sr Analyst, but the job description stayed the same.

The interview process involved 3 rounds. You'd first chat with current Account Consultants, then meet with senior management, and finally have a meeting with the CEO. It was a pretty straightforward process. HR was super helpful in setting up all the meetings. I had a positive experience interviewing here overall and it seems like a really great company to work for.

I had an interview with the manager who seemed really distracted and rushed. They kept asking the same questions and weren't listening to my answers. I don't think I'll get an offer, and honestly, after that experience, I wouldn't want to work there anyway.
