The interview questions were pretty straightforward, but a lot of them seemed to focus on how much money or connections you already had. It felt like an odd approach, as I'd expect them to care more about your ability to make new connections instead of just using ones you already have from family money.

I applied online, then had a phone interview, followed by three in-person interviews. I went to the office on 25th street and met with three leaders from different departments to see where I might fit. I think they hire first and then place people on an account.

I had an interview here a while back. I ended up waiting in the lobby for half an hour, and the interviewer eventually came out without even apologizing. The interview itself was super short, maybe 10 minutes, and she just gave me some info about the job and asked if I had any questions. Maybe I didn't look the part? It was a really weird experience.

Applied via email, then had an in-person interview at their main office. It was a one-on-one with a mid-level employee. Never heard back after that.
