So there were 2 interviews. First one with my supervisor, then a higher up manager. They were both about 20-30 minutes long and focused on my previous work experience. It felt pretty standard for a customer service job.

It took 4 interviews over 3 weeks to complete the process. The first was with a recruiter, then my potential supervisor, then a local team interview on-site, and finally a meeting with the CEO. Everyone was really nice and friendly. I didn't get an offer, but the recruiter sent a nice email explaining it.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started great and they were responsive for the first 2 interviews. The third interview was in person and went really well. The VP and the hiring manager said they would let me know in a few days. They didn't call or email on Friday or the following week. I emailed them a few times. Almost 3 weeks later, I got a response saying they went with another candidate. I guess I dodged a bullet with how they treated someone in the final 2. They ghosted me.

Behavioral Other

We had a zoom call first, and then I went in person to meet with the department manager. It was pretty laid back and conversational. The first interview was basically to see if your computer skills were okay and how you communicated by email. The second in-person one was chill and just went with the flow of the conversation. They really wanted to see if you'd fit in with the team!
