First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Luther College.
Admission Counselor
First I had a phone screening, then I had an in-person meeting with several people. The whole process took about 5 hours because I was living in a different state. It wasn't too bad of an experience overall, and I did have to do a presentation.
- Can you share some details about your previous work experience?
Recruitment Coordinator
It was a long interview process, about 6 hours total, and I had to do a presentation. The staff was friendly, gave me a campus tour, and the interviews themselves were pleasant. They asked questions that made sense and I generally liked the interview experience, it wasn't too hard.
- Can you share your experience working with diverse student populations?
Office Coordinator
It took a month from when they first reached out to me about interviewing until I got the offer. The team I was talking to was pretty efficient, though I'm not sure why it took that long.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Programming Technician
After applying, there was a bit of a wait to hear back, which was understandable given what was going on at the school. The interview process itself was a good experience. I got to meet a variety of people, from other technicians to VPs. The overall vibe was pretty laid-back and chill.
- Can you tell me about your three greatest weaknesses?
