After making me wait over an hour, I finally had a 10-minute interview with the owner. He painted a picture of a super profitable, growing company with massive potential. But in reality, it's a place where people come and go all the time, with hardly any long-term staff. The few long-term employees there are constantly playing a game of praising the owner's supposed genius.

I got this job through craigslist and then they called me in for an interview. First, I met with the general manager who seemed nice. Then I interviewed with the accounting manager. She had me do some bookkeeping, specifically processing AP in quickbooks. It seems like a good company. I never heard back after that, even though I tried reaching out via phone and email.

Had an interview where I showed some of my past work and then did a CAD test to see how good I am. They seemed really keen to find the right person. Got contacted soon after with an offer, and they mentioned they were adjusting the offer amount because I had CAD Management experience.
