The interview process was personal and included basic questions. I truly enjoyed meeting with the manager, other employees, and stakeholders. It gave me good information on the company atmosphere and job expectations. There wasn't as much time to discuss the outlines of the job and benefits as I would like.

It was a smooth process, more focused on my experience than a typical interview. The setup was designed to help me get to know the company and the team. There were two interviews: one with a recruiter and another with the hiring leader and a variety of teammates. I was also asked if I wanted to meet anyone else.

The position was remote and all interviews were conducted remotely. At first, the interview process was really great, even impressive. The HR representative I was in contact with was responsive and kept me updated. My second interview was more of a conversation and went well. However, my final interview was with the executive I would have been supporting, and she joined the Zoom call, said in one sentence 'thank you for showing up today, but you're not the right fit for the position', and then disconnected.
