First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lupus Foundation of America, Inc..
Director of Digital Strategy
I first spoke with the hiring manager. Then I interviewed with the CEO. The last step was a longer interview with a group of five people from the company.
- Can you tell us about your background?
Office Manager
The interview process with the Indiana Chapter was really great, very relaxed. It focused on what I could bring to the company. The CEO was knowledgeable and had a clear vision for the organization's growth in Indiana.
- Can you describe your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
- Tell me about your background.
Graphic Designer
The hiring and interview process went very swiftly and easily. I applied for the position online and the next day I was asked to come in for an interview. At the interview, I first met with all of the staff and interns and we discussed some specific things while also getting to know a little bit about each other. Then, I was left with just the interns to ask whatever questions I might've had on how it was like working there. Overall, it was a unique, but positive interview experience.
- What can you do to contribute to this organization?
Software Engineer
The interview process was really laid-back and down-to-earth. They don't really have any sort of training or even a staff list, which is a bit strange. But I do like the people I work with; it's just that the management doesn't seem to have clear long-term strategies.
- What value do you bring to this position?
