The hiring process was pretty lengthy, involving a total of 5 in-person interviews. It was unfortunate that the executive search firm they partnered with wasn't entirely truthful with me. However, my interactions with most of the company's staff were quite positive.

Long and drawn-out process. Had two face-to-face interviews. I arrived for my first interview and was told I was an hour early, arrived for my second and was told I was an hour late. The interviewers were good, but were very stand-offish and made it seem like they didn't want you there. Very rude, unprofessional, and stuck up. Don't waste your time applying.
