HR round, then two interviews with your reporting manager and senior management. If you pass, HR will call you back for a few more interview rounds before making an offer. The whole process takes about 3-4 weeks.

The hiring process includes submitting your application, a screening stage, and then several interviews covering phone calls, behavioral questions, and technical assessments. After that, there's a skills test, a final decision, and then a job offer. We look at how qualified you are and if you're a good fit for the team. We want to see your skills, how you interact with others, how you solve problems, and if you match our company's vibe and objectives. Good communication and feedback are important so everything goes smoothly and is a good experience for everyone involved.

The interview process involved some basic electrical engineering questions. There was a written test that covered aptitude, reasoning, and basic technical topics. They also asked management-related questions, such as inquiring about your motivation for seeking an internship at Luminous.

This was an on campus interview process. I got a mail to register for the process using Google form. Round 1 was telephonic. After 3 days I got a call from HR, the process took 10 mins maximum. In the evening, I was shortlisted. Round 2 was telephonic. After 20-25 days of round 1, I got a call. HR and TR both were taking the interview and the process depends on how you answer. After one month, the result will be announced.
